Tote of the week!

Ah! I love a good Highland Cow, like you do!

I saw one in a neighbouring field the other day and it looked exactly like the image on this tote. Staring at me through its shaggy fringe probably wondering what I was staring at.

This delightful tote is from Gillian Kyle and is £12.50.

Finally, just a couple of things! You can still enter my blog birthday competition, if you haven’t already. There are lots of lovely goodies to be won!

This week over at Natural History I’ve been going all crazy for My Bearded Pigeon. Take a peek!

Wishing you all a fab weekend full of fun and frolics!

Bookmarked.

I really like these retro glasses from Rose and Grey. You could use them to pop flowers in or go crazy and use them for the beverage of your choice!

I’m really looking forward to seeing Mammuth at our local cinema. I love Gérard Depardieu!

Ah Robin & Mould. Each cushion is hand-made and hand screen printed. I love this foxy number!

I adore this Furoshiki wrap found via Frolic. Just look!

When it comes to cupcake recipes I go to Ming Makes Cupcakes. Beautiful recipes and a perfect website. Perfect, I tell ya!

Nice things.

I’ve been in a mood recently. One of those moods where you can’t quite place it or figure it out. I’ve annoyed myself and probably everyone I’ve come into contact with; moaning and whining like a baby…wah!!

To help it pass, I thought I’d take a few pictures of things that lift me, encouraging me to see all the nice things…

I bought this vintage tea towel a while ago and have been waiting to pop it in a frame. Yesterday, I lost my patience and used some sticky pads instead. Ta-da!

Scrambled eggs warm the cockles of my heart. Mmm eggy pegs.

Pictures of my nephew. I think he looks like Yoda baby!

Thrifty finds! Ah, I love a good flask and am going to concoct some tasty soups to take with me on walks. That should lift my soul!

Surprise packages from the lovely Rosalilium. Elizabeth sent me (and others!) some beautiful bits and pieces including one of her photographs. Wrapped in fabric and doilies, it really did put a smile on my face!

Perfect Pairs.

Tote of the week!

A tote for your notepad and pencils? For your laptop and a packet of tictacs? I think this suits perfectly.

Cinnamon Girl Prints, is based near the Lake District, in a wee studio where they print simple and stylish designs onto recycled cotton to create homewares, fabrics and bags. I’m a bit in love with their tea towels too, and only £4.50! Fancy a gander?

The tote will cost you £10 and with that I am in love.

Have a great weekend!
